At Love Road, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Returns/Refund

We have a 10-day return/refund policy, which means you have 10days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. This excludes sales items , gift cards and accessories, they are considered final sale. 

To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smell, or other marks will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow 1-5 business days for us to processed your return/refund . We are not responsible for package lost in transit to our warehouse. If you request a return or exchange you will receive store credit to use on future purchases or to repurchase the item you want to exchange. Store credit is valid for 120 days from the date it is issued.

Customers are responsible for return/refund shipping fees. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted.

If your return/refund is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your exchange , refund  or store credit details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
